What importer have to pay?
We sell our shisha charcoal on EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF basics (as per Incoterms 2020).
As the factory, we cannot do DDP or Customs clearance in your country. But we take care of all export documents and duties on our side in Indonesia.
Import duties in your country and local delivery should be arranged by your customs broker – it will be cheaper and easier for you.
Before ordering, you need to find a customs broker in your country who will arrange all import documentation, import tax, destination port handling, and delivery to your warehouse.
For most countries, shisha charcoal is legal and easy to import without any specific licenses. Your broker will handle the local import duties for shisha charcoal and any destination port fees, which are separate from our charcoal freight cost.
What shipping term & costs included?
Our CIF/FOB price includes:
- Ocean freight
- Factory-to-port trucking
- Terminal handling at the loading port (THC POL)
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Port storage & handling before departure
- Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Basically, it is the CIF price, including all costs from our factory to your destination port. All costs at your port, customs clearance in your port, and container handling are on your side.
